Karch/Karg aus Stahl am Tarlyk

I am interested in finding information on Maria Elisabeth Karch/Karg. The only information I have is that she was born approximately 1853, I am not sure if she was born in Stahl am Tarlyk though. She married Johann Heinrich Körber about 1873 in Stahl am Tarlyk. She is in the 1885 Stahl am Tarlyk Family List listed under Heinrich Körber born in 1852 with 7 out of 9 children.

I am intersted in finding her parents and siblings. I have found a Karch/Karg in the Stahl am Tarlyk birth records starting in 1859 & 1860 but not in previous years. The parents names of those entries are Johann Peter & Anna Margaretha Becker. I am wondering if these are her parents as well, but if so did they migrate to Stahl am Tarlyk sometime before these two children were born? If so, where did they come from and are they truely her parents?
