"Georg Roppelt from Dreuschendorf married in January 1706 to Margaretha Höffner from Cobensdorf. Their son was Georg Roppelt who was born 31 July 1719 in Dreuschendorf. He married twice. His 2nd wife was Margaretha Dorst.
Among their children was Peter Roppelt born in Dreuschendorf on 4 January 1763.

Georg Ruppelt, his wife Margaretha, and children (Johann, age 20; Heinrich, age 15½; Anna, age 10½; Elisabeth, age 7; Peter, age 5½; Anna Maria, age 1½) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 12 September 1766 aboard the snow-brig Frei Gebruder under the command of Skipper Ninzberger.
Johann Georg Ruppe [sic], his wife Margretha, and children (Johannes, age 20; Johann Henrich, age 16; Honetta, age 11; Johann Peter, age 6; Elisabeth, age 6; Anna Maria, age 2) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767 along with a note that daughter Anna Maria died en route.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Hölzel on 11 September 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 51.
In 1788, Johannes Ruppelt moved from Hölzel to Dehler.
Johannes Ruppelt from Hölzel and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Dehler in Household No. Dl27.
The death of Johannes Ruppelt in 1824 is recorded on the 1834 census of Dehler in Household No. 64.

Johann Ruppelt and his family (sons: Johann, age 35; Friedrich, age 27; Wilhelm, age 26) are recorded on the 1811 census of Hölzel in Household No. 2.
Heinrich Ruppelt and his wife are recorded on the 1798 census of Hölzel in Household No. Hz04.
The death of Heinrich Ruppelt in 1802 is recorded on the 1811 census of Hölzel in Household No. 10.
Peter Ruppelt and his family (sons: Wenzel, age 11; Heinrich, age 6; Karl, age 5; Johannes, age 4) are recorded on the 1798 census of Hölzel in Household No. Hz28.
The death of Peter Ruppelt in 1807 is recorded on the 1811 census of Hölzel in Household No. 26 along with a note that his son Heinrich relocated to the colony of Seelmann in 1809.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Georg Ruppelt was a baker while the 1767 census records that he was a farmer.
The 1767 census records that Georg Ruppelt came from the German village of Dreuschendorf in the Bamberg region."
